SHIPPING

It's simple really! We deliver products to our customers anywhere Worldwide.

Worldwide will incur a delivery charge per item added to cart. (Instagram/Email us for latest delivery updates to these countries)

Free Shipping applies to UK deliveries only. Just enter your delivery address postcode to discover if you are able to get FREE SHIPPING!

For UK and some Eurozone addresses we deliver within 5-7 working days of receiving your order* using Hermes / Royal Mail / GLS / Parcel Force, FEDEX, UPS or DHL Tracked/International Signed for Service.

*Some products have a Lead Time in days. This Lead Time relates to the time taken for items to be processed at the factory/distribution centre. This time should be added to our 5-7 working day period for items to arrive where applicable.

Delivery times to Eurozone, USA and Worldwide can vary from 3-5 to 5-7 working days - Please contact us for latest delivery times for these regions.

All packages are tracked on the internet and updates on package progress are sent via email or text message to you 

We cannot deliver to any PO BOX addresses. 

You will need to sign for the goods and provide proof of your identity. 

You are responsible for import duties and local taxes if applicable. (Non-UK Customers) 

For large orders - greater than 20 items you can use the contact form to discuss your requirements.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and wish to return it for a refund, you have 14 days from receipt to make us aware. You can return any item purchased on the store.

Please ensure the item(s) are returned in their original condition with bags and tags intact. We offer a 14 day MoneyBack Guarantee.

To make it as easy as possible for you to return your online purchase follow the simple steps below.

1. Place the item(s) into your box or bag (Please ensure they are in their original condition with bags and tags intact!),

2. Log into your ACCOUNT and CLICK on the Item(s) to be returned from your COMPLETED orders and then CLICK on REQUEST RETURN,

3. Complete the form ENSURING YOU COMPLETE THE QUANTITY TO RETURN section and outlining the reason for the return and SUBMIT,

4. WAIT for Instructions detailing RETURN ADDRESS LABEL and PICK UP TIME.

Proof of postage

We strongly recommend you get proof of postage (it's free at the Post Office, Parcel Shops and return centres).

Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!

We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

REFUNDS Please allow up to 10–15 days for a full refund from date of receipt of goods.

SALE RETURNS POLICY Sale items or special purchases bought in the sale or at promotional events may only be returned for exchange or refund (by way of a shopping credit) if returned within their original condition with proof of purchase, during the same sale period or promotional event or within 10 days (whichever is earlier).

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact our Customer Services department using the contact form so we can arrange a replacement or a refund. If the package you receive is damaged or open please do not accept the delivery and contact Customer Services immediately to arrange a replacement. We will bear the costs to collect the goods and issue a re-delivery

CANCELLATION POLICY If you wish to cancel an order placed please return the confirmation email to us, stating your wish to cancel the order by email using the contact form.  If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to redirect it and therefore request that you follow the return instructions included in the parcel.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
